How it works

1. Students register to become VocabForce student members.
2. Tutors or parents register to become VocabForce tutor members.
3. Students can join the tutor group through the following methods:
   • The tutor sends an invitation email to the student.
   • Students join the group by entering their tutor's ID.
4. The tutor arranges various vocabulary tests for students according to their level.
5. Students will receive test schedule notifications through the following channels:
   • Push notifications on mobile devices
   • Email
   • Web event notification
6. Students take AI-generated quizzes on iPhone, iPad, Android device, or web browser.
7. After submitting their answers, students can see the score they received.
8. The tutor will then receive the test results through the following channels:
   • Push notifications on mobile devices
   • Email
   • Web event notification
   • Google Chat
9. After the tutor reviews the student's test results, he or she can send one of the following award notification to the student:
   • Excellent
   • Good
   • Need Improvement
10. Both students and tutors can review a student's quiz history to ensure students' vocabulary skills are continually improving.
